Batch demagnetization operations for large molds, hardware tools, cutting tools, etc.
The coil is made of 100% copper wire, with high power and stronger demagnetization effect, making it more thorough.

Demagnetization work:
After the power is turned on, the demagnetization work moves the workpiece back and forth on the table at a slow and continuous speed, finally pushing it out of the table, keeping the workpiece away from the demagnetizer, and then turning off the power.

Demagnetization principle:
A demagnetizer forms a magnetic field through an electric current, and the demagnetized parts pass through the magnetic field to achieve the purpose of demagnetization.
For example, if a mold iron is magnetized and treated with a demagnetizer to reach a demagnetized state, it can still be attracted by the magnet and magnetized again because the iron is a magnetic conductor. The demagnetizer only removes the magnetism from the mold iron, rather than turning it into a non magnetic material like stainless steel or aluminum that is permanently not attracted by the magnet.
