The IHSS86 integrated stepping servo drive motor integrates the stepping servo drive into the stepping motor motor, and the two are perfectly integrated. This integrated stepping servo drive motor perfectly integrates the servo control technology in the digital stepping drive. The product adopts an optical encoder, and the position feedback is sampled at a high speed every 50 microseconds. Once a position deviation occurs, the position deviation can be corrected immediately. This product is compatible with the dual advantages of progressive technology and servo technology. It has the characteristics of low heat generation, low vibration, and fast acceleration. It is a highly cost-effective motion control product.

SW5 DIP switch sets single and double pulse mode, off means single pulse mode, on means double pulse mode.

 

When the SW6 dial switch is switched off or on, it can change the direction of the current motor movement, off=CCW, on=CW.

 

When the SW7 DIP switch is switched off or on, the degree of pulse filtering can be changed. The maximum pulse frequency that can be passed in the off state is 200K, and the maximum pulse frequency that can be passed in the on state is 100K. In addition, other pulse filtering degrees in the on state can be set by P22. (Note: SW7 dialing code needs to be in on state when setting P22 parameter.)

 

 

The SW8 dial code sets the smooth command, the off state turns off the smooth command, and the on state turns on the smooth command. In addition, the level of command smoothness can be set by P19 parameter (note: SW8 dialing code needs to be in the on state when setting P19 parameter.)

 

 10.1 The power light does not light up

·Input power failure, please check the power line. Whether the voltage is too low

 

10.2 The red light will alarm after power on

· Check whether the motor feedback signal line and the motor power phase line are connected

·Whether the input power voltage of the stepping servo drive is too high or too low

 

10.3 The red light will alarm after running a small angle

·Whether the pulse input speed is greater than the rated speed of the motor, the position is out of tolerance

·Whether the motor is blocked

 

10.4 No rotation after pulse input

·Whether the wiring of the pulse input terminal of the stepping servo drive is reliable

·Whether the input mode in the system configuration of the stepping servo drive is a pulse input related input mode

·Whether the motor can be released
